Design & Commercial Work

Ciera has spent the last decade building a diverse background in design. Her path started with an internship at IU Indianapolis (formerly IUPUI) Auxiliary Services, where she supported a variety of departments and collaborated with outside organizations. Over the last 8 years, Ciera has focused heavily on sublimation design through her work with OT Wear and Renen. Alongside her full-time roles, she continues to take on select freelance projects that align with her creative direction.

RENEN

Ciera served as Lead Production Designer at Renen from August 2020 to October 2025, managing the end-to-end development of performance apparel. She translated Pete Fox’s designs into production-ready templates for jerseys, moto pants, and other garments, ensuring accuracy across complex layouts, color profiles, and material specifications.

Her role included preparing files for dye-sublimation printing, overseeing print output, and executing heat transfer applications to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various fabrics. In addition to production, she managed product photography, garment mockups, and inventory organization, supporting both internal workflows and digital product presentation.

While primarily focused on production, Ciera also contributed to the design of moto kits for professional riders Jeremy Seewer and Axell Hodges.

Outdoor Technologies

Ciera was the lead designer for all design materials for each brand: OT Wear, Reeler’s Shield, Players Shield, & Simply Shield. OT Wear - she designed, placed logos, and prepared jerseys and other garment items for print. She created all print and digital communication items for all four brands. (August 2017 - August 2020)

Customers Ciera has created for include top universities and many professional fisherman. She has worked with Purdue, IU, Murray State, NWGHAA, Texas A&M, Michigan State, and many other schools. Ciera has also had the pleasure of producing designs for Scott Martin (FLW Tour Pro & Former Angler of the Year) and many of the top 2019 Elite Series Pros such as Bill Wiedler, Greg DiPalma, Hank Cherry, Matt Arey, Scott Canterbury, and Tyler Carriere.

Ciera has contributed to the launch of three sunscreen brands under Outdoor Technologies, managing the creation and coordination of digital marketing content across multiple platforms. She led the rebranding of Reeler’s Shield and developed brand identities for Players Shield and Simply Shield, producing a range of visual assets and campaign materials. Her work includes cross-platform content development, video production, and supporting cohesive brand messaging, with an introduction video for Players Shield featured below.
